By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions:-

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win.

3. The prize draw is free to enter. Draw closes 1pm on Saturday 21.10.23. Any entries after this time will not be eligible.

The Prize

1. A 1 hour free shoot which can be used against any of the following packages:-

   1. Family or kids shoot

   2. Pet Shoot

   3. Couple’s Shoot

   4. Event Shoot

2. The shoot location is to be determined but must be carried out within 35 miles of SA11 5.

3. Prize includes 1 hour of editing and delivery of at least 20 photo’s via online gallery.

4. The winner will be drawn at random.

5. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. The prize can be donated to a third party if a shoot time, location or type can not be agreed.

7. The date of the shoot is to be agreed between both parties but must be carried out within 6 months of draw.

8. Usual shoot contract (including terms and conditions) will need to be signed and completed before prize in honoured.

9. All images produced are owned by the photographer and can be used in marketing, advertising and social media.

Winner Announcement

1. The winner will be selected at random on 21.10.23 via direct message from @Louise.lois_ only. If contacted by another third party please discard. .

2. The winner will also be announced via instagram story.

3. If the winner does not respond to the direct message within 7 days then they will lose their right to the prize, and a new winner will be chosen and notified by the same process.
